Everyone here is so kind, from the front desk staff to the hygienists and dentists. The front desk staff in particular get a shoutout for being so sweet with my kids and so responsive to all my questions. I am very glad we switched our whole family over to this practice!

I was in acute toothache last week and I did not have a regular dentist. I had seen Dr Andy Cao before but it had been several years. He had advised me then to get the impacted wisdom tooth removed but i let it slide due to other pressing health condition..So 6 years later I was in actue pain with the impacted wisdom tooth pushing the molar infecting the area. I called for an emergency appointment at several places withing network of my Aetna Dental insurance. Some facilities provided appointment, but as soon as I provided my insurance information they put me on a waitlist that would take a month to get appointment. only if I paid out of pocket, would they see me that day. They were just trying to take advantage of the situation. The Dentistry of Riverstone , also in network with my Aetna plan, accepted me immediately. as soon as they learnt about my acute tooth ache, they set me up with an emergency dental appointment with Dr Andy Cao within an hour of my call. The friendly staff had already done the prework with my insurance. Dr Cao did a thorough analysis and orally removed the wisdom teeth and the structurally compromised molar. He did the removal with great care and attention. Thanks to his timely care I could sleep well that night and pain started easing off within 2 days. All that service with 0 copay. I was treated with compassion bybthe friendly staff the dental hygieneist and Dr Cao. Will visit them regularly from here on.
